* Eight health status and HRQOL measures derived from the first four

questions on the BRFSS * Trend charts and prevalence estimates for each

of 11 years * Estimates with 95% confidence intervals * Each state and

nationwide * Annual age, sex, or race/ethnicity breakdowns

go to the CDC HRQOL Website at http://www.cdc.gov/hrqol/ and click on

the Prevalence Data link in the left column.
